To help families stay informed of immigration legal issues and their rights, packets with forms and information are available by clicking on the documents below.

These include:

  • Change of Address forms and instructions if you have moved and need to change your address with the immigration court and Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS)

  • Information on Powers of Attorney for care of children and property in case of separation

  • Instructions for renewing work authorizations, green cards, and DACA
