Cr8 Club is a free, 4-day/week after-school program for students in grades K-3 provided by the Kennedy Heights Arts Center on-site at The Academy of World Languages.
Available to students K-3.

Men, Organized, Respectful, Educated
Mondays and Wednesdays| 2:30 - 4:00pm
The M.O.R.E. Program nurtures academic success and strong character development among African-American and other at-risk young men to promote measurable improvements in academic achievement, grade-level promotion, graduation rates and college readiness.
Enrichment opportunities include: financial literacy, leadership development, good citizenship, health and wellness, college and career awareness, social skills development, academic support and community service.
Available for students in grades 4-8.

Visual Arts Club is a safe and inclusive spaces for students in grades 4-8 to create art that expresses themselves.
Lead by local artist Georgia Mattingly, Visual Arts Club explores various SEL topics and generates discussion and art creation through the lens of self-care, self-expression, and community.
Visual Arts Club meets once a week and more details will be available soon.
Available for students in grades 4-8.

Imagination Foundation offers exciting art projects and time for relaxation after school. We encourage open conversations and fun! This is a weekly art based program focused on mentoring and the development of interpersonal skills. This club is offered to students in grades 4th-8th and is perfect for students looking to make meaningful connections.
Available for students in grades 4-8.

Year book club is open to students who are interested in publication, writing, graphic design, or hanging out with peers! Students in year book club will learn how to take professional grade photos and will learn graphic design techniques.
Available for students in grades 6-8.
Tuesdays & Wednesdays, starting January 28th | 2:30 - 4:30pm
Recording Music & Recording History is a club centered around the history of the Kings Records Company, a music label founded in our own Evanston neighborhood. On Wednesdays, students will learn about the rise of the Cincinnati music scene and will work towards producing a podcast. On Tuesdays, students will work with local artist, Jay Hill, to record their own original music and learn the inner workings of professional music making equipment.
Available for students in grades 6-8.
This is a limited week club. The last day for this club is Wednesday, April 16th
Thursdays, starting January 23rd | 2:30-4:00
World Culture Committee brings students together from across language classes to celebrate cultural diversity and foster community connections. While the club highlights Chinese, Japanese, Russian, and Arabic cultures, it’s open to students from all backgrounds who want to explore and share traditions. Members mark cultural calendars, organize events, and dive into meaningful cultural experiences, creating a vibrant space for students to deepen their understanding and appreciation of global cultures, enriching the entire community.
Students are required to have a teachers' recommendation to participate in this club.
Available for students in grades 4-8.
