"Dragon Zone" refers to all things after-school. We offer fun and exciting clubs, activities, and sports opportunities throughout the school year for our AWL students.
For grades K-5 we offer the Cr8 Club, a 4-day/week arts-based program in which students explore poetry, theatre, dance, and visual arts.
Cr8 Club is currently running on a waitlist. Click the "Cr8 Club" button above to learn how to join the waitlist.
For grades 6-8 students have a selection of clubs they can register for. Each club meets once a week with a pick-up time of 4:00pm. Click the "Clubs" button above to learn about the different club options as well as their start dates/registration forms.

AFTER SCHOOL TUTORING
AFTER SCHOOL TUTORING
All K-8 AWL students are able to enroll in weekly tutoring based on family and/or teacher recommendation.
Students are tutored by Walnut Hills students in the SAM Club, by St. Ursula Academy students in the Bulldog Buddies Program, and by UC students in the Bearcat Buddies Program. Tutors will utilize the Summer Bridge Book curriculum in conjunction with teacher-provided materials.

Reach out to your child's homeroom teacher for more information.
Currently, there is no bus transportation provided. Pick up for Dragon Zone is at the front parking lot by the cafeteria.
