Dragon Zone is our after-school enrichment program held Monday-Thursday from 2:30-4:30PM. We offer fun and exciting clubs, activities, and sports opportunities throughout the school year for our AWL students.
Dragon Zone will run from Monday, August 26th through Thursday, May 16th.

AFTER SCHOOL TUTORING
AFTER SCHOOL TUTORING
All K-8 AWL students are able to enroll in weekly tutoring based on family and/or teacher recommendation.
Students are tutored by Walnut Hills students in the SAM Club and by St. Ursula Academy students in the Bulldog Buddies Program. Tutors will utilize the Summer Bridge Book curriculum in conjunction with teacher-provided material.
SAM Club students are present on AWL's campus on Mondays.
Bulldog Buddies are present on AWL’s campus Tuesdays and Wednesdays.
Students who enroll in tutoring must choose ONE day, either Monday, Tuesday, OR Wednesday, and must attend weekly.

Ell Tutoring
Ell Tutoring
ELL Tutoring provides specialized support for 3rd-grade Spanish-speaking students to help them build confidence and strengthen their English language skills. Led by Ms. Gutmann, this program creates a supportive space for students to develop their language abilities and succeed in the classroom. Through focused lessons and personalized guidance, students will enhance their communication skills and feel more empowered in their learning.
Students who enroll in tutoring are expected to attend weekly.
ELL TUTORING STARTS WEDNESDAY, JANUARY 22ND
Currently, there is no bus transportation provided. Pick up for Dragon Zone is at the front parking lot by the cafeteria.
